摘　　要：高校科技产业是以高校为依托,充分利用高校的科技、智力资源创办的知识和技术密集型产业。现阶段高校科技产业如何在科技创新发展中把握时机,全面发挥高校在科研、成果、人才、信息等方面的综合优势,直接参与经济与社会发展重大成果研究,充分起到科研主力军作用,值得深入分析研究。The technology industry in the college takes the college as the basis, makes full use of science and technology, intellectual resources of the university and establishes the knowledge and technology intensive industry. At present, how to seize the opportunity in the development of science and technology innovation for the university science and technology industry, full play the comprehensive advantages in scientific research, achievements, personnel, information and other aspects of the universities, directly participate in economic and social development, major research results, and give full play to the role of the main force in scientific research, are worthy of in-depth analysis and research.
