SiSo细胞表达的受体结合肿瘤抗原水平在食管癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 探讨食管癌患者血清SiSo细胞表达的受体结合肿瘤抗原（RCAS1）水平以及手术治疗对其影响.方法 酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测30例健康体检者以及64例食管癌患者血清RCAS1水平,并比较40例食管癌患者手术前后血清RCAS1水平变化.结果 食管癌患者血清RCAS1水平[（38.89±13.00） U/ml]明显高于正常对照组[（15.59±4.41） U/ml,P＜0.01],血清RCAS1水平与临床分期有明显相关,与性别、年龄、细胞分化程度无明显相关,Ⅳ期食管癌血清RCAS1水平[（61.21±5.32） U/ml]明显高于Ⅲ期[（47.33±3.72） U/ml,P＜0.01],Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期[（36.28±4.81） U/ml,P＜0.01],Ⅱ期明显高于Ⅰ期[（22.47±5.77） U/ml,P＜0.01],Ⅰ期明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.05）,手术后食管癌患者血清RCAS1水平[（32.39±10.31） U/ml]较手术前[（32.77±10.32） U/ml]明显降低（P＜0.01）.结论 血清RCAS1水平在一定程度上可以反映食管癌发展程度及预后状态.Objective To detect the serum receptor-binding cancer antigen expressed on SiSo cells （RCAS1） in patients with esophageal carcinoma,and to investigate the effects of operation on it.Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to detect the level of serum RCAS1 in 64 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 30 cases of normal controls,and the serum RCAS1 leves were compared in 40 cases of esophageal carcinoma before and after operation.Results The levels of serum RCAS1 were elevated in all subgroups of patients with esophageal carcinoma [（38.89 ±13.00） U/ml] compared to the controls [（15.59 ± 4.41） U/ml,P 〈 0.01].Serum RCAS1 was not correlated with sex,age,and histological grade of patients with esophageal carcinoma,but with clinical stage.The serum RCAS1 level in stage Ⅳ [（61.21 ±5.32） U/ml] was higher than that in comparison with stage Ⅲ [（47.33 ±3.72） U/ml,P 〈 0.01].Serum RACS1 level in stage Ⅲ was higher than that in stage Ⅱ [（36.28 ± 4.81） U/ml,P 〈0.01],that in stage Ⅱ higher than that in stage Ⅰ [（22.47 ±5.77） U/ml,P 〈0.01],and that in stage Ⅰ higher than that in normal controls （P 〈 0.05）.The serum RCAS1 levels were remarkably reduced in patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion The serum RCAS1 is closely correlated with the malignant degree and prognosis in esophageal carcinoma.
