摘　　要：李贺是唐人中学习并接受屈宋辞赋作品最自觉的诗人,其创作实绩也最为突出。具体可由三个层面得以佐证:唐人的楚骚评论最多最集中的是李贺;同时代及后人对唐人接受楚骚的批评意见争议最多、最集中的是李贺;唐人创作中称引屈宋并化用楚骚命辞及句法甚为密集,且其诗歌整体文学精神与楚骚最为相通的亦是李贺。LI He is the most conscientious poet who learns and accepts the works of QU Yuan ＆ SONG Yu in the Tang Dynasty. His literary achievement is the most prominent, which can be proved from three aspects： he has the most comments on QU ＆ SONG＇s works; he has the most criticism on comments on QU ＆ SONG＇s works ; and he quotes the most syntax and figures from their works and has the same spirits as that of QU ＆ SONG＇s works.
