摘  要:目的通过玉米低营养小鼠模型结合建立的损益指数-总积分(BDI-GS)新体系评价传统中药柏子养心丸的补益及主治功效,揭示其在中药功效评价及古方、验方挖掘中的实用价值。方法选取线性生长期健康的ICR雄性小鼠为研究对象,以单纯喂食玉米饲料小鼠为空白对照组,受试物组小鼠分别给予含有0.75%、1.50%和2.25%的柏子养心丸玉米粉掺合饲料喂养12 d。称体重后取血样并实施解剖,记录并统计9项脏器及组织重量、系数,计算其BDI和GS值,并测试血清生化指标。结果从BDI及累计GS值可以看出3个剂量的柏子养心丸对心肺功能均有良好的补益效应。特别是0.75%低剂量对心、肺、胸腺、肝、脾、肾、性腺有益,BDI>1.0,且对心、肺、肝及性腺指标与空白对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),GS值均高于10.0;而2.25%高剂量对脏器组织的BDI及GS值均明显降低,GS甚至低于9.0。结论 0.75%低剂量柏子养心丸具有明显的养心益肺及补气、养血的功效,增进机体健康,但不宜2.25%高剂量服用。本评价结果符合柏子养心丸的补益及主治功效,同时表明BDI-GS体系适用于中药的功效评价及传统中医古方、验方的研究挖掘。Objective Through maize low-nutritional mice model in combination with established benefit-damage index&amp; general score (BDI-GS) novel system to evaluate replenishing and curing functions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of Baiziyangxin Pills, and reveal its practicability for functional evaluation of TCM species research and devel-opment of ancient and empirical prescriptions. Methods The healthy ICR male mice during linear growth were selected as subject, control mice were simply fed with simple maize diet, and treated mice were respectively fed with maize blending diets of 0.75%, 1.50% and 2.25%Baiziyangxin Pills for 12 days. The final body weights were recorded, blood samples were collected and dissection was performed, 9 parameters of organ and tissue weights, indices and its BDI and GS values were recorded and calculated, further serum biochemical indicators were analyzed. Results According to BDI and accumulative GS values, 3 doses of Baiziyangxin Pills were of better replenishing effects to heart and lung functions. Especially in 0.75% low dose was beneficial for heart, lung, thymus, liver, spleen, kidneys and spermary etc. organs, BDI values 〉 1.0, and compared with control mice, heart, lung, liver and spermary were of significant differ-ences in statistics (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01), GS values were all above 10.0;but BDI and GS values of organs and tissues were all obviously lowered in 2.25% high dose of drug, even GS value below 9.0. Conclusion 0.75% low dose of Baiziyangxin Pills is of obvious nourishing heart and beneficial effects to lung; as well as replenishing Qi and nourish-ing blood functions, and may improve body health, but unfit intake in 2.25% high dose. The evaluation results are in consistency with replenishing and main curing functions of Baiziyangxin Pills. Simultaneously, it manifests that the BDI-GS system is available for functions evaluation of Chinese medicinal species, and the research and development of ancient and empirical prescriptions of TCM as well.
