摘　　要：介绍医学高校图书馆文献资源建设现状,阐明医学高校图书馆文献资源建设的意义,在对读者需求进行分析的基础上提出文献资源建设的具体途径,包括更新观念、引导读者树立良好阅读习惯、开展资源共建共享及读者决策采购等方面。The paper introduces the literature resources construction status in medical college and university libraries, elaborates the significance of literature resources construction, based on analyzing the readers＇demand, it puts forward the concrete ways of literature resources construction, including updating the concept, guiding the readers to establish good reading habit, carrying out resources co - construction and sharing as well as patron -driven acquisition, etc.
