碧兰糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂在根管治疗中的效果差异

摘　　要：目的探讨碧兰糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂在根管治疗中的效果差异。方法选择在本院实施根管治疗的200例患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予碧兰糊剂充填,对照组给予氧化锌丁香油糊剂充填。观察两组的术后疼痛发生率和远期疗效。结果观察组的术后疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的远期疗效总有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论碧兰糊剂能够降低根管治疗术后的疼痛发生率,远期疗效显著,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the efficacy difference of cortisomol paste and zinc oxide eugenol paste in root canal therapy. Methods 200 cases with root canal therapy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The observation group was given cortisomol paste to fill,the control group was given zinc oxide eugenol paste to fill.The incidence rate of postoperative pain and long term therapeutic effect were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence rate of postoperative pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control groupt,there was a statistical difference in the two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference of the total effective rate of long-term therapeutic effect in the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The cortisomol paste can reduce incidence rate of postoperative pain,and the long-term effect is significant.The therapy is worthy of reference.
