超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检对前列腺癌的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检对前列腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取本院的200例采用经超声引导下行直肠前列腺15点穿刺法治疗的疑似前列腺癌患者作为观察组,选取50例经超声引导下行会阴法穿刺活检的疑似前列腺癌患者作为对照组,比较两组的前列腺癌阳性率及穿刺并发症发生率。结果观察组的前列腺癌确诊率为36.5%,显著高于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的发热、疼痛、血尿及尿潴留发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用前列腺15点穿刺法行超声引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检具有确诊率高、不良反应少等优点,在前列腺疾病的诊断中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transrectal prostate biopsy under Ultrasonic guidance in pro-static cancer. Methods 200 patients diagnosed as suspected prostate cancer in our hospital were selected as the obser-vation group and treated with 15 points of prostate biopsy method under Ultrasonic guidance.50 patients diagnosed as suspected prostate cancer patients were selected as the control group and treated with the perineum biopsy method un-der Ultrasonic guidance.The positive rate of prostate cancer and occurrence rate of puncture complications in two groups was compared. Results The diagnosis rate of prostate cancer in the observation group was 36.5%,which was higher than 20% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The occurrence rate of fever,pain,hematuria and urinary retention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transrectal prostate biopsy using the method of 15 points of prostate biopsy under Ultrasonic guid-ance has high the advantages of high diagnosis,less complications and so on,it is of great significance in the diagnosis of prostate disease.
