健脾补肾方联合针灸治疗对原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术后综合征细胞免疫功能的调节

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾补肾方联合针灸治疗肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞术(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)后综合征患者的细胞免疫调节作用的影响。方法对80例原发性肝癌行TACE治疗的患者随机分组,治疗组术后给予健脾补肾方联合针灸治疗,对照组术后应用常规西药对症治疗,通过比较中医证候疗效、生活质量卡氏评分、细胞免疫、毒副反应指标,评价健脾补肾方联合针灸治疗对以上指标的影响。结果健脾补肾方联合针灸对原发性肝癌TACE术后的治疗总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),可提高患者生活质量(P<0.05),上调患者CD4、NK细胞比例(P<0.05),术后毒副反应降低(P<0.05)。结论健脾补肾方联合针灸治疗原发性肝癌TACE术后综合征疗效明显,能增强细胞免疫功能,达到术后减毒增效的目的。Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture treatment on cell-mediated immunity of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with postoperative syndrome after TACE. Methods 80 patients with primary liver cancer were treated with TACE and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Jianpi Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture treatment. The control group was given symptomatic treatment with conventional medicine. Jianpi Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture treatment was evaluated in terms of TCM syndrome efficacy,Karnofsky score of quality of life,cellular immunity and other indicators of toxicity. Results The total efficiency of Jianpi Bushen Prescription combined acupuncture treatment for primary liver cancer after TACE was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,which can significantly improve the life qualities of patients（ P〈0. 05） and increase CD4 and NK cell ratio of patients（ P〈0. 05） with lower toxicity（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Jianpi Bushen Prescription combined with acupuncture treatment on cell-mediated immunity of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with postoperative syndrome after TACE can enhance immune function and achieve the postoperative purpose of toxicity reduction and efficacy enhancement.
