摘　　要：从形态解剖学、生物学特性、矿质营养、激素、活性氧代谢和细胞壁代谢等方面对柚果实生长发育过程中汁胞粒化研究进行总结回顾,并对今后的研究方向进行展望,以期为柚果实汁胞粒化的后续研究提供参考。In this paper,morphology and anatomy,biological characteristics,mineral nutrition,hormones,active oxygen metabolism, cell wall metabolism and other aspects of the previous studies with respect to this problem are reviewed ,and the future research di-rections are forecast to provide a theoretical basis and ideas for the coming investigation of juice sac granulation .
