摘  要:喷管是超声速风洞试验区获得设计马赫数的重要部件。主要介绍某超声速风洞喷管控制系统原理,然后着重阐述基于PMAC的定位螺母控制、S7-300 PLC的型面控制和通信系统的硬件结构设计以及控制系统人机交互软件的设计。经过试验验证结果表明该系统控制安全可靠、精度高,对保证良好的风洞流场品质发挥了关键作用。The nozzle is an important component of the supersonic wind tunnel, which makes the test section acquire designated Mach number. The principle of nozzle control system is presented chiefly. And the designs of hardware structures of positioning nut control system based on PMAC, surface control system based on S7-300 PLC and communication system are emphasized. The software design of human computer interaction for the control system is also introduced. The practical test result indicates that this control system is safe, reliable and accurate. The control system plays a key role for the good flow distribution quality.
