摘　　要：随着高等学校招生规模的迅速扩大,高等学校的教育质量问题成了人们关注的焦点,而教学资源配置结构的合理与否,关系到高等学校教育系统的规模、质量和效益。对高等学校教学资源的利用效率进行评价,可以找出资源配置结构中存在的劣势,并加以改进。本文以兰州市10所高等学校为例,采用数据包络分析的方法(即DEA方法)对教学资源配置效率建立了两个基本模型—CCR模型和BCC模型,并利用LINGO软件进行求解,得出了教育资源配置结构中存在的薄弱环节,提出了相应的改进措施。这对于优化高等学校教学资源的配置结构、提升高校的教学质量提供了一定的参考价值.With the rapid expansion of universities enrollment, the question of education quality has become a focus of attention. The rationality or not of the teaching resources structure related to the size, quality and efficiency of the universities education system. Evaluate on the using efficiency of the teaching resources structure, may find the exist disadvantages, and improve them. This paper example as 10 universities in Lanzhou City, used data envelopment analysis method （namely DEA method） to build two basic models CCR model and BCC mode for the allocation efficiency of teaching resources, the software LINGO to solve the problem, and got the exist weak links in teaching resources structure, proposed Corresponding improvement. This provides some reference value for optimizing the teaching resources structure of universities, improving the quality of university teaching.
