摘  要:化学镀铜生产线主要由放线机组、清洗与镀铜槽体、牵引机组和收线机组4部分组成,生产线长度约100m,可满足多丝连续生产。由于设备多,控制系统庞大,车间环境恶劣,一般电气控制系统需要做无尘与通风处理。系统主要由可编程控制器、远程通信模块、CAN通信卡、CANLINK通信网络、Modbus通信网络等组成。用远程通信控制节省了大量的布线和硬接点,降低布线成本,减少故障率。论述远程通信的控制过程和实现方法,给出生产线示意图、控制系统控制框图。运行表明该系统稳定可靠,维修量少,实用性强。Electroless copper plating production line consists of four parts such as pay-off unit, cleaning and copper plating tub, traction unit and take-up unit, production line length is about 100 m, which can meet multi-wire continuous production. Because of many devices, control system large, workshop environment bad, common electric control system need to be treated with dust-free and ventilating treatment. The system consists of PLC, remote communication module, CAN communication card, CANLINK communication network, Modbus communication network. Many wire arrangement and hard contact are saved by using remote communication control, wire arrangement cost is saved, failure rate is decreased. The control process and implementation methods of remote communication is expounded, production line sketch and control system diagram are given. Running proves that the system is stable and reliable, little maintenance and strong practicability.
