摘　　要：目的对硫酸氢氯吡格雷片对血透患者内瘘栓塞的预防作用予以探讨。方法随机选取我院40例血液透析患者,将其均分为两组,所有患者都应用碳酸盐透析,对两组患者一年后的内瘘血流量及内瘘通畅率予以对比分析。结果两组患者的内瘘血流量与治疗前相比具有明显的下降,内瘘通畅率也具有明显的差异,观察组明显优于对照组。结论氯酸氢氯吡格雷片在血透患者内瘘栓塞的预防中具有良好的预防作用。Objective Preventive effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets within the ifstula thrombosis of hemodialysis patients be explored. Methods 40 cases were randomly selected hospital hemodialysis patients, which were divided into two groups, all patients use carbonate dialysis ifstula for two groups of patients after one year and blood lfow within the ifstula patency rates to be analyzed. Results Blood flow within the fistula patients were compared with pre-treatment with a signiifcant decline, ifstula patency rates also have signiifcant differences were observed in the group than the control group. Conclusion Clopidogrel hydrogen perchlorate piece has a good role in the prevention of hemodialysis patients ifstula thrombosis prophylaxis.
