摘　　要：目的对闭经患者的染色体核型进行分析,讨论染色体变异和性腺发育不良之间的关系。方法对外周血淋巴细胞进行培养,之后用染色体G显带的方法进行染色体核型分析。结果 62例病人中共检出染色体异常14例,异常检出率为22.58%,主要涉及X染色体的数目和结构异常。结论染色体的变异,特别是性染色体的畸变是引起闭经的最重要原因之一,对闭经患者的染色体核型进行分析,对其的诊断和治疗十分必要。Objective to analyze the chromosome karyotype of amenorrhea, discuss the relationship between chromosome variation and gonad development of adverse. Methods the peripheral blood lymphocytes were cultured, then using the method of chromosome G banding karyotype analysis. Results 62 cases of patients were detected in the chromosome abnormality in 14 cases, abnormal detection rate was 22.58%, and the number of structure mainly involves the X chromosome abnormality. Conclusion the variation of chromosome, especially sex chromosome aberrations are caused by one of the most important causes of amenorrhea, chromosomal karyotype of amenorrhea were studied and analyzed, essential for the diagnosis and treatment of the.
