摘　　要：目的探讨多学科联合护理查房在重度烧伤患者治疗中的应用。方法通过对比2011年与2012年医生和患者对护理工作满意度,以及护理人员的专科护理水平、住院患者健康宣教知晓率情况,探讨多学科联合护理查房的效果。结果开展多学科联合护理查房以来,医生和患者对护理满意度明显提高,护理人员的专科护理水平以及住院患者健康宣教知晓率均有明显提高。2012年与2011年数据相比较均有显著差异。结论对于重度烧伤患者,多学科联合护理查房的效果优于传统的护理方式。Objective Investigate the application of multidisciplinary nursing ward-round in the treatment of severe burn inpatients.Methods Investigate the effect of multidisciplinary nursing ward-round by comparing 1） the nursing satisfaction level from both the doctors and inpatients in 2011 to that in 2012; 2） the professional nursing levels of the nursing staff; 3） the awareness of health promotion and education from the inpatients.Results Since the start of multidisciplinary nursing ward-round,there is an obvious increase of the nursing satisfaction from the doctors and inpatients,as well as the professional nursing level of the nursing staff and the the awareness of health promotion and education from the inpatients.There is signifi cant difference between the data obtained in 2011 to that obtained in 2012.Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary nursing ward-round in the treatment of severe burn inpatients had good effect.
