摘  要:目的观察温通针法对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量的影响,探讨温通针法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法将60只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、药物组、针刺组4组,每组15只。采用25%消痔灵注射液0.2 mL(每单侧叶注射0.1 mL)注入前列腺背侧叶造模。针刺组采用温通针法治疗,药物组予以前列康混悬液灌胃,均每日治疗1次,共治疗30 d,观察各组大鼠血清中TNF-α及IL-6的水平。结果造模后模型组TNF-α,IL-6水平与空白组比较均显著增高,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗后药物组及针刺组TNF-α,IL-6水平较模型组显著降低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),且针刺组降低TNF-α及IL-6水平的作用更为显著,与药物组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论温通针法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的机制与降低TNF-α,IL-6含量,调节机体免疫功能有关。Objective To observe the effect of using warming-promotion needling on the TNF-c~, IL-6 in rats with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and discuss the mechanism of using warming-promotion needling in treating it. Methods 60 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups:normal group, model group, acupuncture group,medicine group, each group has 15 rats. The model was created by injecting 25% Xiaozhiling Injection (0.2 mL) into the mice' s lateral lobe of prostate. Except the normal group,the other groups were respectively ad- ministered by corresponding disposal every day for one month. The IL-6 and TNF-α in rat' s serum were observed. Results Compared with the normal group, the level of IL-6 and TNF-α were increased markedly in model group, there was a significant difference (P〈0.01). After treatment, the level of IL-6 and TNF-α decreased obviously in medicine and acupuncture groups,there was a significant difference ( P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ). In contrast to medicine group, acupuncture group had much more remarkable descent. Conclusion The mechanism of warming-promotion needling in treating chronic non-bacterial prostatitis is relevant to reduction of TNF-α, IL-6 and regulation of body' s immune function.
