摘　　要：对行业划转地方院校而言,环境变化往往给其办学带来不适与发展方向上的迷茫,主要表现为办学定位的模糊、服务面向的摇摆、学科发展的争议、人才培养的彷徨。合适的发展战略有助于大学把握发展机遇、引领未来方向,实现办学层次的上移、服务面向的拓展、学科发展的突围以及人才培养的提升。To locally transferred industrial universities, the change of school-running environment usually leads to difficulties in adjustment and confusion in its operation. These problems are mainly manifested in： ambiguity in the nature of the university, uncertainty about its serving objects, debate on the development of disciplines, and confusion in talent cultivation. With proper development strategies, universities could hold a clear idea about the future and seize development opportunities, could achieve a raise in the level, an expansion in their serving objects, a breakthrough in discipline development, and advancement in talent cultivation.
