摘  要:对行业划转地方院校而言,环境变化往往给其办学带来不适与发展方向上的迷茫,主要表现为办学定位的模糊、服务面向的摇摆、学科发展的争议、人才培养的彷徨。合适的发展战略有助于大学把握发展机遇、引领未来方向,实现办学层次的上移、服务面向的拓展、学科发展的突围以及人才培养的提升。To locally transferred industrial universities, the change of school-running environment usually leads to difficulties in adjustment and confusion in its operation. These problems are mainly manifested in: ambiguity in the nature of the university, uncertainty about its serving objects, debate on the development of disciplines, and confusion in talent cultivation. With proper development strategies, universities could hold a clear idea about the future and seize development opportunities, could achieve a raise in the level, an expansion in their serving objects, a breakthrough in discipline development, and advancement in talent cultivation.
