Meta-analysis on the Studies of the Correlation between Teachers' Job Burnout and Social Support——Based on a Decade's Researches in China's Mainland

摘  要:运用元分析方法对中国大陆十年来教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系问题进行探讨,结果发现,整体上教师职业倦怠与社会支持有中等强度的负相关,文献来源、样本来源、样本类型等因素对其关系具有调节作用。在多种调节效应中,中等职业学校教师的职业倦怠与社会支持之间的关系最强。社会支持可以有效缓解教师的职业倦怠,职业倦怠与社会支持之间的关系强度受不同调节因素的影响而发生变化,样本类型对它们之间的关系影响最为显著。This paper attempts to study the correlation between teachers' job burnout and social support with the methodology of meta-analysis in almost a decade in China. 22 meta-analysis documents were collected based on the literature retrieval, and the sample capacity formed reached 8603. The results show that: there is a moderate negative correlation between teachers' job burnout and social support, and factors like literature, sample resources and sample types can regulate their relationships. Among these regulating effects, teachers in secondary vocationals schools hold the strongest correlation between their job burnout and social support. Social support can relieve teachers' job burnout effectively, the correlation between teachers' job burnout and social support changes with different regulating factors, and the sample types have the most significant influence on their correlation.
