摘　　要：古代科技伦理萌芽时期,精神寄托于宗教神学的古希腊和生活依附于自然崇拜的古代中国分别对"善"有了初步认知并意识到知识与道德的关联性;近代科技伦理思想体系的形成时期,以科学实验为主导的西欧社会和开始领悟西方文化、救亡图存的中国人逐渐形成求真务实、批判怀疑、自由民主的科技伦理精神;现代科技伦理规范建立与完善时期,科技迅猛发展的同时也形成了献身科学、学术民主、严谨治学、求实创新、团结协作和奖掖后学的科技伦理规范。对中西方科技文明发展的回顾与总结,为科技与人的全面发展带来启迪与智慧。In ancient rudimentary stage of scientific and technological ethics, the ancient Greek, which relied on religious theology spiritually, and the ancient China, which tied living to the natural worship, have preliminary cognitions to the ＂good＂ respectively, being aware of the relatedness of knowledge and morality. In modern time which was formative stage of scientific and technological ethic, western European society, oriented by scientific ex- periments, and Chinese people, who started to understand western culture and to save China, have gradually form the ethical spirit of science and technology, including the pursuit of truth and pragmaticism, the spirit of doubt and criticism, freedom and democracy. In the stage of establishing and perfecting ethical norms of science and technolo- gy, with fast development of modern science and technology, the society has formed many ethical norms, including the spirit of devoting to science, academic democracy, rigorous scholarship, reality and innovation, solidarity and cooperation and assisting inferiors. Reviewing and summarizing Chinese and western track of the scientific and tech- nological civilization can bring inspirations and wisdom to the development of science and technology.
