论中国禅宗的休闲境界

摘　　要：中国禅宗的休闲境界总体上以自然适意、随缘任运为特征,但因不同禅师切入境界的角度有歧异,故其具体内涵又有着侧重不同的表现:"平常心是道",意味着消除了种种分别妄想,在日常行用中保持轻松自然的休闲心态;"日日是好日,处处是好地",意味着对禅者来说,时空因素并不构成结构性休闲障碍;在禅者看来,万法本闲,物我一如,故人与万物能各适其性地自在相处;禅者的游戏三昧更是一种不同凡俗的休闲境界。The leisure realm of Chinese Zcn sect features naturalness, comfortableness and unconstraint as a whole; however, because of the discrepancies in the perspectives of different Zen masters, its contents take on several forms with different emphases ： First, ＂The common mind is the way＂ menus that an easy, natural and leisurely attitude can be maintained in ordinary life after the elimination of all kinds of improper ideas. ＂Each day is a good day ; each place is a good place＂ means that neither time nor space factors constitute leisure obstacles to Zen praetioners. In the review of Zen practloners, all existing things are leisurely with human beings and other beings being all alike ,so they can get along with one another freely, each being existing according to its own nature. And what＇s more, playing in Samadhi of Zen practioners is another extraordinary form of leisure realm.
