摘　　要：随着全球化的加速发展,健康问题全球化和健康不平等已成为世界各国共同面临的挑战。传统预防医学专业培养的人才已不能完全满足全球健康实践的需求,亟需全球健康专业人才,但目前全球健康本科教育在全球处于起步阶段,尚无成熟模式。武汉大学公共卫生学院多次组织国内外专家研讨,认为"全球健康"是致力于改善全人类的健康水平,实现人人公平享有健康权的新兴学科,其特点是倡导全球多层面广泛合作,并采用多学科的方法和经验解决健康问题。同时,对我国全球健康本科专业的人才培养方案进行了初步探索,确定的人才培养目标是培养具有多学科知识结构,能够从全球视角识别全球主要健康问题及其影响因素,制定符合国际规则的全球健康治理策略、行动计划和具体措施,具备跨文化、跨国界团队工作精神,善于沟通、协作,致力于改善全人类的健康公平性、提高全人类健康水平的复合型人才。With the accelerated growing of globalization, the globalization of health issues and health inequality has become a common challenge that all the nations are confronted with. A crucial problem is that the traditional preventive medicine education can no longer prepare the health workforce for the emerging global health demands, where global health professionals are badly needed. Currently, the global health education for undergraduates is still in its infant stage, and there exists little mature education and training model to follow. The School of Public Health of Wuhan University has organized several seminars with both international and domestic experts, and explored the concept of global health. Global health is a new multi-disciplinary field with research and practice, which aims at improving human＇s health and promoting the equitable access to health care, it advocate inter-disciplinary participation and cooperation. Meanwhile, the training objective for undergraduate professionals can be summarized in fostering compound talents with multi-discipline knowledge construction, abilities to identify global health problems and determinants in global perspective and formulate global health governance strategies, plans and measurements compatible with international rules, good team work spirits in terms of cross-cultural and international cooperation and aims to promote equity in health and improve global health level.
