摘　　要：回顾了开放式创新众包模式的已有研究。首先阐述了众包的定义内涵、主体维度等,然后归纳了现有的众包模式,分析了企业和大众参与者参与众包的驱动因素,并总结了企业创新绩效的影响因素,指出了现有研究存在的不足。最后对众包的未来研究进行了展望。This paper reviews the existing research on crowdsourcing model systematically. Firstly,it elaborates the definition and main dimen sions of crowdsourcing. Then it analyzes the crowdsourcing model,driving factors, risk factors and innovation performance problems,and points out the deficiencies of the existing studies. Finally, it prospects the future research directions.
