眼科门诊传染性眼病医院感染的预防与控制

摘　　要：目的探讨传染性眼病患者在眼科门诊就诊时医院感染的预防与控制。方法制定传染性眼病消毒隔离指南及预检分诊制度;规范诊疗操作与防护措施;对传染性眼病患者的人数进行统计、报告、监控;加强对医护人员和卫生员消毒隔离知识的培训、考核,并督导执行的情况;对患者进行相关健康指导。结果传染性眼病消毒隔离指南及预检分诊制度落实到位;医务人员的手、诊疗用物和环境的生物监测达标;传染性眼病患者人数统计、上报及时;患者能得到相关的健康指导。未发现医院感染的病例。结论在眼科门诊建立完善的传染性眼病消毒隔离指南及预检分诊制度,规范诊疗操作与防护措施,做好患者的健康宣教等,可有效预防和控制传染性眼病医院感染的发生。Objective To investigate the prevention and control of nosocomial infections from patients with communicable eye diseases in ophthalmic out-patient clinics. Methods A comprehensive system combining a disinfection guideline and triage treatment was launched. Routine ophthalmic practices and risk management was regulated. Health-care professionals were required to record,report and monitor the number of patients with communicable eye diseases. The patient received relevant health-care education. Results The system of disinfection guideline and triage treatment was well implemented. Biological monitoring of health-care professionals＇ hands,ophthalmic equipment and environment met the standards. The number of patients with communicable eye diseases was recorded and reported in time. Patients received relevant health-care education.No nosocomial infection was discovered. Conclusions Effective prevention and control of communicable diseases can be achieved through a comprehensive system combining a disinfection guideline and triage treatment,regulation of routine ophthalmic practices,proper risk management and well-conducted patient education.
