摘　　要：介绍了温州科技职业学院种子生产与经营专业人才培养模式的探索实践。通过协同行业主管部门、种子企业和高职院校构建和完善人才培养模式,根据种子行业工作岗位特点实施人才培养方案,密切联系行业,发挥科研优势等措施进行人才培养,取得良好的效果。Exploration and practice on the training model of students majoring in seed production and management are introduced in this paper. We have achieved good results by conducting training through these measures： building and perfecting the personnel training model by cooperating with relevant administrative departments, seed enterprises and higher vocational schools, executing the talent training scheme according to the traits of jobs in seed industry, contacting the trade closely and taking the advantages of scientific research.
