摘　　要：国外高校硕博士学位论文强制性开放获取对国内开放获取运动的深入发展具有重要指导意义。在调研国外二十几所一流高校实施硕博士学位论文强制性开放获取的基础上,总结其特点,并对国内高校实施相关政策提出意见和建议。The mandatory open access on theses and dissertations of foreign universities has significance for in-depth development of the domestic open access movement. Based on the investigations of mandatory open access on theses and dissertations in dozen foreign leading universities, the authors obtain characteris- tics of them and offer some comments and suggestions for exploring the mandatory open access on theses and dissertations of domestic universities.
