摘　　要：目的:调查重庆大学生参加城乡居民合作医疗保险制度的运行现状,发现问题并提出相应建议,为改善重庆大学生医疗保险制度提供参考。方法:对重庆市内3所高校大学生进行随机抽样问卷调查,收集每个被调查的大学生的基本情况、健康情况、参保情况、了解情况、参保意愿及评价等方面的资料,采用统计学方法进行数据分析。结果:没有达到全民医保的目标,大学生对城乡医保的认知甚少,宣传教育力度不高,学生参保意愿不强,城乡医保报销比例偏低,办理医疗补偿手续繁琐,医疗需求并没有得到实质性解决等。结论重庆大学生城乡医保制度实施近5年,还存在一些实际问题,有必要采取针对性的措施进一步改进和完善。Objective To survey the status and problems of college students＇ participating in the cooperative medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Chongqing, and put forward suggestions for improving it. Methods College students were randomly sampled from three universities in Chongqing and surveyed with questionnaire. And data was statistically analyzed. Results There have some problems of college students＇ participating in the cooperative medical insurance for urban and rural residents. The goal of universal coverage has not been achieved. College students have few cognition and unwillingness of urban and rural health insurance. Propaganda and education needs to be improved. Reimbursement ratio of the urban and rural medical insurance is low, with complicated procedures. Conclusion There still have some problems of urban and rural medical insurance system for college students in Chongqing,which is necessary to be further improved.
