摘 要:目的:分析广东省卫生人力资源现状,评价2006~2012年各类卫生人力资源配置的公平性。方法:采用描述性统计分析方法和泰尔指数分析广东省卫生人力资源现状及配置的公平性。结果:广东省每千人口卫生人力资源拥有量低于全国平均水平,且区域间差异明显大于区域内差异,区域内泰尔指数逐年递减;注册护士的泰尔指数最高。结论:卫生人力资源每千人口拥有量不足,区域间差异是造成配置不合理的主要因素,注册护士的不合理性尤为突出。Objective To analyze the status of health human resources in Guangdong, and evaluate the equity of health human resources allocation from 2006 to 2012. Methods The status of health human resources and the equity of allocation in Guangdong were analyzed with descriptive statistics analysis and Theil index. Results The amount of health human resources per thousand population in Guangdong was lower than national average level. The differences between various regions were significant than that of inner regions ,for which the Theil index decreased year by year. And the Theil index of registered nurses was the highest. Conclusion There had insufficient health human recourse per thousand in Guangdong, which resulted from regional difference, especially for registered nurses.
