业余体校青少年运动员文化教育的困境与对策

摘　　要：针对我国业余体校青少年运动员文化教育缺失这一现状进行分析,业余体校青少年运动员文化教育的客观困境有:教学与训练投入失衡,文化教育运行机制滞后,文化学习时间少的制约,良好文化学习氛围缺失,高校招生制度冲击等;运动员主观困境主要有:运动员文化基础差,认识偏颇,文化学习精力不充沛,文化学习主观努力程度不够等。对目前青少年运动员的文化教育的困境,提出相应的发展对策。After conducting analysis of young athletes＇ cultural education lack in Chinese amateur sport schools, we have found such subjective predicaments in this regard： there is an unbalance between education and training, a lack of good environment for cultural study, the operating mechanism for cultural education lags ar behind; athletes＇ time used to study is relatively shorter than to practice ; athletes have to face the impact of the enrollnlent system for colleges. Athletes＇ objective problems are as follows： they are usually poor in academic performance; they have neither energy nor right understanding of education. This paper is intended to propose strategies for tackling these predicaments accordingly.
