摘 要:针对柔性石墨材料抗拉伸强度低、抗氧化性能差等问题,利用正交试验方法确定钼酸铵改善柔性石墨材料性能的最佳工艺条件,研究了钼酸铵对柔性石墨材料性能的影响,并初步探讨了钼酸铵的作用机理。结果表明,钼酸铵改善柔性石墨材料性能的最佳工艺条件为可膨胀石墨质量与钼酸铵溶液体积比1∶30(g/m L),反应时间2 h,反应温度20℃;钼酸铵可显著提高柔性石墨材料的抗氧化性能,并使抗拉强度也有所提高。随着钼酸铵溶液质量分数的增加,抗拉强度先增大后减小,抗氧化性显著提高后略有降低。钼酸铵溶液质量分数为7%时,抗拉强度最大,抗氧化性能最高。Aiming at the problems of low tensile strength and poor oxidation resistance of graphite materials, ammonium molybdate can improve the performance of lfexible graphite and the conditions for preparing the lfexible graphite was optimized by an orthogonal test method, the inlfuence of ammonium molybdate on the tensile strength and antioxidant activity of flexible graphite was investigated and its mechanism was discussed preliminarily. The results showed that optimum process condition: the ratio of mass of expandable graphite to volume of ammonium molybdate solution is 1∶30(g/mL), the reaction time is 2 h at 20℃. The addition of ammonium molybdate could signiifcantly improve the antioxidant activity of lfexible graphite materials and increase the tensile strength. With the increase of ammonium molybdate content, the tensile strength increased ifrst and then decreased, while the antioxidant activity increased quickly and then decreased slightly. When the dosage of ammonium molybdate was 7%, the tension strength and the antioxidant activity of lfexible graphite showed the best value.
