摘　　要：转录辅激活因子Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)作为Hippo信号通路下游的主要效应因子,在调控器官大小、促进组织再生和维持干细胞自我更新等方面发挥着重要作用。随着对YAP1研究的深入,发现YAP1在多种肿瘤组织中呈高表达状态,并可促进肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移。因此,YAP1有望成为肿瘤早期诊断的分子标志物及肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。本文就YAP1的结构、生物学功能及其与肿瘤的相关性予以综述。The transcriptional co-activator Yes-associated protein 1 （YAP1） as a major downstream factor of the Hippo-YAP signaling pathway plays an important role in regulating organ size,promoting tissue regeneration and it also participates in maintaining self-renewal of stem cells.In recent years,an increasing number of evidence demonstrated that YAP1 was highly expressed in many kinds of tumors and promoted their proliferation,invasion and metastasis.Consequently,YAP1 might be a new molecular marker in early diagnosis of tumors,and a potential target for cancer treatment.Here is to make a review of the structure,biological function of YAP1 and its correlation with tumors.
