摘　　要：以简单复明为目的的传统白内障手术逐渐被个性化屈光性白内障手术所取代。通过不断更新手术设备、提高手术技巧、改良人工晶状体(IOL)等措施实现更加完美的视觉效果。伴随超声乳化技术的发展和可折叠IOL的成功研制,手术方式也由大切口变为小切口,并在向微切口发展。IOL的快速发展也为临床不同类型病例提供了更多、更个性化的选择。视光学与现代白内障手术的有机结合,是今后研究发展的方向。The traditional cataract surgery with the purpose of only to a simple regaining sight was being gradually replaced by personalized refractive cataract surgery.Many measures are taken to achieve a more perfect visual effects,such as updating operation equipment,improving the operation skills,and improving intraocular lens measures.With the development of phacoemulsification and foldable intraocularlens,operation pattern also develops from large incision into small incision,and even to micro incision.The rapid development of intraocularlens,has provided more personalized options for different individual needs.The organic combination of optometry and modem cataract operation is the developing direction of cataract operation in the future.
