摘　　要：目的：探讨基层医院如何提高早期胃癌的检出率。方法：对我院2010年1月~2013年11月经病理确诊的82例胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨普通胃镜检查如何提高早期胃癌检出率。结果：本组82例胃癌患者中病理诊断早期胃癌者24例,检出率仅占3.8%。结论：基层医院普通胃镜下早期胃癌检出率低,需要操作者行胃镜检查时认真观察可疑病灶并染色加活检以提高早期胃癌确诊率。Objective：Inquire into how to improve the diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer in primary hospitals.Methods： Make a retrospective analysis of clinical data from 82 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2013 to explore how to improve the detection rate of early gastric cancer via a common gastroscopy examination.Results： Of the totsl 82 patients there are 24 cases in which early gastric cancer is diagnosed by pathology, only to cover a detection rate of 3.8% .Conclusion： In primary hospitals the detection rate of early gastric cancer is relatively low by merely using a common gastroscopy examination.Therefore, while conducting a gastroscopy examination, it is required thatoperators should make a conscientious observation of suspicious lesions followed by dyeing and a biopsy so that the detection rate of early gastric cancer can be improved.
