摘　　要：目的:观察99Tc-MDP(云克)对骨性关节炎患者治疗前后症状、细胞因子水平、骨侵蚀修复及骨密度的变化情况,探讨云克治疗骨关节炎的临床价值。方法:选择我科2009年1月-2012年3月住院的106名骨关节炎患者;其中,男49例,女67例,平均年龄(62.5±14.2)岁;随机分为2组,传统治疗组和云克治疗组,分别进行治疗前的对关节疼痛数量,IL-1β、TNF-α水平和跟骨密度水平指标进行检测,观察治疗3周之后关节疼痛数量,IL-1β、TNF-α水平和骨关节面的骨侵蚀修复情况,并进行统计比较。结果:治疗前后两组间各项指标均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:联合使用云克治疗骨关节炎,可以明显改善病情,降低细胞因子水平,促进骨关节面修复的作用。Objective： To observed the changes of condition changes,cytokines （IL-1β, TNF-α） levels,bone erosion repair and bone mineral density,before and after ^99Tc-MDP （MDP） treatment osteoarthritis and explore the clinicalvalue use of MDP treatment osteearthritis. Methods： Select 106 patients hospitalized osteearthritis in our department from January 2009 to March 2012 Among them, 49 males and 67 females, mean age （62.5±14.2）years,randomly divided into 2 groups,respectively, to maintain the originaltreatment group and the MDP group therapy for three weeks; The number of joint pain,IL-1β,TNF-α levels and level indicators with BMD were detected before treatment, observation and treatment of bone and joint pain quantity,IL-1β,TNF-α levels and bone and joint surfaces after 3 weeks erosion repair the situation and make statistical comparisons. Results：Indicators before and after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The combined use of cloud g treatment of osteoarthritis, can significantly improve the condition and reduce the levels of cytokines, promote articular surface repair.
