摘　　要：首先对虚拟物流企业服务体系的研究背景进行阐述,从信任和承诺视角,对虚拟物流企业服务体系的构建现状进行回顾和评述,最后对进一步研究的问题提出展望。In this paper, we introduced the background of the studies on the virtual logistics enterprise service system, then from the perspective of trust and commitment, reviewed the current status of the establishment of such system, and at the end, proposed the outlook for the researches in this respect.
