摘  要:前门是北京内城市井生活和传统商业相结合的重要区域。选取前门地区"台湾会馆"、"天街"、"铁路博物馆与大观楼"、"老字号餐饮业态"四个重点案例加以分析,认为首先应当明确定位前门为平民化传统商区,尽力营造京味民俗氛围;其次在街道设计上依据步行路线和体力需求,精细化设置游览线路;第三,将部分古建的商业目的剔除,改为博物馆等公共设施;第四,引入高档专卖店之外的差异化商业模式。通过有针对性的措施,重新塑造区域整体文化形象,提高区域的吸引力。Qianmen is an important combination area of life in the streets and traditional commerce of inner city in Beijing. We chose four key cases of“Taiwan Residents Association”,“Heaven Street”, “Railway Museum and Grand View Pavilion” and “Time-honored Brand Catering Format”and analyzed them. We believe that firstly, Qianmen should be clearly positioned as a popularized traditional commercial district and we should try our best to create a folk atmosphere full of Beijing style; secondly, we should design the streets in consideration of walking routes and physical demands, and carefully set touring line; thirdly, business objectives of some ancient architectures should be removed and transformed into public facilities like museum; fourthly, bring in differentiated business mode other than high-end exclusive stores. Reshape regional overall cultural image and improve its regional attractiveness with targeted measures.
