摘  要:电动汽车动力锂离子电池电压检测是电池管理系统的关键技术之一,准确的电压检测对锂离子电池的安全性有重要的意义。在分析现有锂离子电池测量方法的基础上,设计了基于BQ76PL536和MAX11081的锂离子电池电压在线和离线检测电路方案,并进行了测量误差、功耗和高低温特性等测试实验。实验结果表明,该方案能实时准确地在线测量电池电压和离线监测电池电压故障,具有体积小、电路设计简单等特点,优化了电池管理系统的结构和功能,提高了电池使用的安全性。The voltage detection of traction lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles was one of the key technologies of battery management system. It was important to the safety of LIBs with the accurate voltage. On the basis of analysis of existing methods of voltage detection, the scheme that based on the BQ76PL536 and MAX11081 was proposed to detect the LIBs voltage online and offline. The measurement error, power consumption, and high and low temperature properties tests were done. The results show that the LIBs voltage online is measured and the LIBs fault offline is monitored by the scheme exactly in real-time with the features of small size and simple circuit design; the structure and function of the BMS are optimized; and the the safety for LIBs is improved as well.
