摘　　要：骨保护素(OPG)是一种可溶性的分泌型糖蛋白,其与骨密度(BMD)有着密切的关系。近几年研究发现OPG基因多态性及其血清浓度与冠状动脉病变、糖尿病、高血压、脑梗死、肿瘤、溃疡性结肠炎等密切相关。本文就有关骨保护素基因多态性及其血清浓度与人类相关疾病的研究进展作一综述。Osteoprotegerin （OPG） is a kind of soluble secreted glycoprotein, which closely related with bone mineral density （BMD）. In recent years, the study has found that the serum level of OPG and its gene polymorphism correlated with degree of coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, cerebral infarction, tumor, ulcerative colitis etc. In this paper, we reviewed the relationship of OPG gene polymorphisms and its serum level association with human disease.
