摘　　要：目前运动领域对快速信任的理论研究尚存在分歧,研究尝试从哲学基础、行为模式、影响前因3个角度对快速信任进行理论重构。在后现代视阈下,"符号"是后现代运动领域信任的哲学基础,快速信任即符号信任;在博弈论视阈下,信任博弈具有"强对等性"的特征,"利他合作"是快速信任的行为模式;利用层次分析法,可将临时运动团队快速信任的影响前因分为个体、组织与团队3个层次,其核心影响前因分别是善意、组织保障性与目标明确性。结论:快速信任以"符号"为导向,当一方发出信任符号时,另一方应立即采取信任行为,即快速信任对方。There are different opinions on theoretical study of swift trust in the sport area nowadays, so the authors tried to carry out theoretical reconstruction of swift trust from such 3 perspectives as philosophical foundation, behavior pattern and influence antecedent. From the postmodern perspective, “symbol” is the philosophical foundation of swift trust in the postmodern sport area, swift trust is symbol trust; from the game theory perspective, trust game is charac-terized by “strong equivalence”, “altruistic cooperation” is the behavior pattern of swift trust; by means of ana-lytic hierarchy process, influence antecedents of swift trust of a scratch sports team can be divided into 3 levels, namely, individual, organization and team, its core influence antecedents are respectively goodwill, organization assurance and target specificity. The authors drew the following conclusions： swift trust is “symbol” oriented; when a team member sends out a trust symbol, the others should conduct a trust behavior immediately, i.e. trust the team member swiftly.
