北京地区二级甲等医院儿科护士职业价值观对关怀能力的影响

摘　　要：目的调查北京地区二级甲等医院儿科护士职业价值观及关怀能力现状,并分析职业价值观对关怀能力的影响。方法从北京市4所二级甲等医院儿科选取150名护士,采用一般资料问卷、职业价值观量表和关怀能力量表进行问卷调查。结果北京地区二级甲等医院儿科护士职业价值观总分为(113.82±11.99)分,条目均分为(4.38±0.46)分。儿科护士关怀能力总分为(167.56±13.06)分,各维度得分均低于国外护士常模(P<0.01);职业价值观的信任维度和护理工作年限是儿科护士关怀能力的主要影响因素。结论儿科护士的关怀能力有待进一步提高,职业价值观影响护士实施关怀照顾行为,建议对护士进行有针对性的培训,提高护士对患儿的关怀能力,进而提高护理服务质量。Objective To investigate the level of caring ability of pediatric nurses in 2A-level hospitals in Beijing,and to analyze the influence of professional values on nurses＇caring ability.Methods Totally,150 pediatric nurses were recruited from four 2A-level hospitals in Beijing.They were investigated with Caring Ability Inventory （CAI） and Nursing Professional Values Scale-Revised （NPVS-R）.Results The total score of occupational value was （113.82 ± 1 1.99） in pediatric nurses in 2A-level hospitals in Beijing,and the average score was （4.38 ± 0.46）.The caring ability score of pediatric nurses was （167.56 ± 13.06） and each factor score was significantly lower than the score of foreign nurses （P 〈 0.01）.The trust factor in professional value and nurses＇years of working experience were influencing factors of pediatric nurses＇caring ability.Conclusion The caring ability of pediatric nurses in 2A-level hospitals in Beijing needs to be improved.Nurses＇professional value has an influence on their caring ability.It is suggested to provide targeted training to improve nurses＇caring ability,so as to improve the quality of nursing service.
