摘 要:目的:通过比较三种不同横截面形状的镍钛根管器械在模拟临床弯曲状态下的应力分布状况,研究横截面形状对镍钛根管器械扭转性能的影响,为临床选择和使用器械提供参考。方法:用micro-CT扫描三种镍钛根管器械(ProFile、ProTaper、ProTaper Universal),建立三维实体和有限元模型,镍钛合金非线性的材料属性也纳入考虑。研究在模拟临床弯曲状态下三种器械的应力分布状况。结果:应力分布状况表明:在临床弯曲状态下,凸三角的ProTaper的最大Von-m ises应力最大,为1426m pa;U形三角的ProFile最小,为1268m pa。ProTaper和ProTaper Universal最大Von-mises应力均位于切缘附近,而ProFile位于U形凹槽。结论:镍钛根管器械的横截面形状显著影响其弯曲性能。U形小凹槽改良设计提高了ProTaper Universal的弯曲性能。ProFile更适合弯曲根管的预备,ProTaper需谨慎。Objective:To compare the stress distribution of three NiTi instruments with different cross-sections during shaping of simulated curved canal, and to study the influence of the cross-sectional geometry on bending behavior of NiTi endodontic instruments, providing reference evidences for clinical applications.Methods:Three NiTi files (ProFile, ProTa-per and ProTaper Universal) were scanned using Micro-CT to produce a three-dimensional digital and finite element model, and the nonlinear, stress-strain behavior of NiTi materials was also evaluated. The bending behavior of the instruments dur-ing shaping of simulated curved canal was calculated mathematically.Results:ProTaper, with a convex trianglar cross-sec-tion, showed the highest Max. von Mises stress of 1426mpa, while the U-shaped ProFile showed the lowest bending stress of 1268mpa. The concentration of stresses were mainly observed at the cutting edge in ProTaper and ProTaper Universal and the bottom of the flutes in ProFile.Conclusions:The cross-sectional profile has a significant influence on the bending behavior of NiTi endodontic instruments. Incorporating a U-shaped groove design increases the flexibility of ProTaper Uni-versal. ProFile might be more suitable for use in the curved canals, while ProTaper is not recommended.
