自体DC CIK NK αβT γδT细胞治疗乳腺组织细胞肉瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察细胞因子诱导的自体DC、CIK、NK、αβT、γδT细胞治疗组织细胞肉瘤疗效。方法抽取患者自体外周血60~100 m L，采用血细胞分离机收集其单核细胞，经细胞因子诱导并扩增C I K、N K、αβT、γδT细胞及DC细胞；用流式细胞仪检测其表型后，静脉回输CIK、NK、αβT、γδT细胞，皮下注射DC细胞，观察组织细胞肉瘤变化。结果患者左乳肿块缩小＞50%，生活质量明显改善。结论细胞免疫治疗是一种化疗后组织细胞肉瘤有效的治疗手段，具有广阔的临床应用前景。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cytokine induced autologous DC, CIK, NK,αβT andγδT cells to breast tissue cell sarcoma. Methods The mononuclear cells were separated from autologous peripheral blood in 60~100 mL by blood cell separator. The killer cells of CIK, NK,αβT,γδT and DC were induced and multiplied by cytokine in vitro. Flow cytometry was used to test their phenotype. CIK, NK,αβT,γδT cells were used by intravenous injection, and DC cells was used by subcutaneous injection. Results The tumor of the patient reduced above 50%, and his life quality was improved signiifcantly. Conclusion Cellular immunotherapy provides an effective approach for the treatment of tissue cell sarcoma after chemotherapy, which could provide new prospects in the clinical application.
