摘 要:目的:探讨健康教育路径对甲状腺癌手术病人生活质量的影响。方法:将78例行甲状腺癌择期手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各39例,对照组采用传统健康教育方法,实验组采用健康教育路径进行教育,采用癌症患者生活质量指数评定量表(QLI中文修订版)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),分别于入组时、术后1个月、6个月对两组病人进行问卷调查,评估病人生活质量及焦虑、抑郁程度。结果:实验组甲状腺癌手术患者生活质量指数高于对照组,焦虑抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05),健康知识掌握情况高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育路径在甲状腺癌手术患者宣教中效果显著,对甲状腺癌手术病人生活质量的提高有明显作用,可在临床护理工作中逐渐推广。Objective: To investigate the effects of health education path on the improvement of life quality for patients with thyroid cancer. Methods: 78 patients with thyroid carcinoma who were taken the elective surgery were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 39 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing method, while the patients in the experimental group were treated by the health education. Then the Quality of Life Index(QLI), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating depression scale(SDS) were investigated and compared between the two groups. Results: The quality of life and health knowledge of patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the patients in the control group, while the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Health education path has obvious effect on the improvement of life quality for patients with thyroid cancer surgery, and it is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
