摘　　要：介绍了社会责任标准化国内外发展情况,并从社会责任的概念、发展趋势和管理实践入手,首次研究提出了电子信息行业的社会责任标准层次和分类,同时对电子信息行业社会责任指南标准的内容与结构提出了设想,对其他行业社会责任标准化工作具有较大的参考价值。In this paper, the development of standardization is introduced for SR（Social Responsibility） at home and abroad. The standards system of SR is proposed in ICT（Information ＆ Communication Technology） industry for the first time, in line with the concept, the development trend and management practice of SR. At the same time, the paper puts forward idea on the content and structure of standard SR Guideline for Electronic information industry. The paper has great reference value for social responsibility standardization in other industry.
