摘　　要：目的研究p40(△Np63)在不同乳腺病变中肌上皮细胞的表达情况,探讨p40(△Np63)在乳腺肌上皮细胞诊断中的价值。方法应用免疫组化En Vision法检测正常乳腺组织、腺病、普通性导管增生、非典型导管增生、导管原位癌及浸润性导管癌中p40(△Np63)和p63的表达,并比较两者间的差异。结果 p40(△Np63)和p63均表达于正常乳腺组织、腺病、普通性导管增生、非典型导管增生和导管原位癌中的肌上皮细胞,p40(△Np63)和p63在这些病变的肌上皮细胞的阳性率相同,差异不显著(P>0.05);在浸润性导管癌中均未见p40(△Np63)和p63的表达。仅p40(△NP63)的表达强度略高于p63,但有轻度的背景染色。结论 p40(△Np63)可作为诊断乳腺肌上皮细胞的标记物,与p63具有相同的染色效果。Objective To study and compare the expression of p40 （△Np63） and p63 in various lesions of breast and to explore the diagnostic value of p40 （△Np63） in the diagnosis of myoepithelial cell of breast. Methods Immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expression of p40 （△Np63 ）and p63 in normal breast tissue, adenosis, usual duetal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia, duetal carcinoma in situ and invasive duetal carcinoma. Results Expression of p40 （△Np63 ）and p63 was detected in the myoepithelial cells of normal breast, adenosis, usual ductal hyperplasia, atypical ductal hyperplasia, ductal carcinoma in situ. The positive rates of p40 （△Np63）and p63 in the myoepithelial cells of these lesions was similar and no significant difference was observed （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There was no expression of p40 （△Np63）and p63 in the invasive duetal carcinoma. The positive intensity of p40 （△Np63）was more higher than that of p63, but it had a subtle background staining. Conclusions p40 （△ Np63 ）may serve as a marker for the myoepithelial cell of breast and its staining has the same as p63.
