肺癌组织中HE4表达及其与临床病理因素的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨人附睾蛋白4(HE4)在肺癌组织中的表达及其与肺癌临床病理因素的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测99例肺癌组织中HE4蛋白的表达情况。并用RT-PCR法检测2对肺癌组织与癌旁组织中HE4基因转录情况。结果肺癌组织中HE4的阳性率为41.4%(41/99),而在正常肺组织中为(-)。HE4在肺腺癌中阳性率为57.1%(28/49),显著高于鳞状细胞癌(25.8%,8/31),腺鳞癌(37.5%,3/8),小细胞癌(25.0%,1/4)及大细胞癌(14.3%,1/7)(P<0.05)。但其表达与年龄、性别、分化程度,临床分期以及淋巴结转移等无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 HE4可表达于肺癌组织,尤其高表达于肺腺癌组织,有望成为一个新型的肺癌分子靶标。HE4与其他病理因素的关系有待进一步研究。Objective To investigate the human epididymis secretory protein 4 （HE4） expression in lung cancer tissues and its relationship with clinicopathologic features. Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to detect the expression of HFA protein in 99 cases of lung cancer. RT-PCR was used to detect the transcription of HFA in two pairs of lung cancer tissues and the adjacent lung tissues. Results The positive expression rate of HE4 in lung cancer was 41.4% （41/99） , while no HFA expression could be detected in normal lung tissues. The positive expression rate of HFA in adenocarcinoma （57.1%, 28/49） was significantly higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma （25.8%, 8/31 ） , adenosquamous carcinoma （37.5%, 3/8）, small cell carcinoma （ 25.0%, 1/4 ） and large cell carcinoma （ 14. 3%, 1/7 ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But the expression of HE4 in patients with lung cancer had no correlation with age, gender, cellular differentiation, clinical stages, and lymph node metastasis （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion HE4 is positively expressed in some lung cancer tissues, especially in adenocareinoma. The relation between HE4 expression and other elinicopathologieal features needs to be further studied in detail.
