摘 要:目的:为满足现代战争野战条件下消化系统疾病诊断治疗的需要,能使内窥镜系统可快速展开、快速收拢,满足战争或执行任务部队的随行携带,自行设计了一种便携式野战外科内窥镜系统。该系统主要创新点在于内窥镜前置光源LED灯代替传统冷光源。节省了镜身及系统的空间,解决了内窥镜体积较大不易携带、机动性较差的问题,并使其能够在临床中得到普及和广泛应用。方法:采用国际上公认的新型固态冷光源—LED(半导体发光二极管)作为内窥镜光源,结合野战临床特点设计并试制。我们采用自制的内窥镜护套解决内窥镜的消毒问题(本课题已完成),采用前置光源代替目前通用的冷光源系统,使之成为便携式内窥镜系统。结果:该设备体积小,性能高,可快速收拢、展开和使用,使用起来更方便、更快捷,且便于携带,可用于野战条件下的止血、探查、修补、取异物、引流、穿刺等方面的操作。结论:通过临床试用普遍认为,该设备可以满足医护人员在常规操作时的光照要求,减少临床操作中造成的一些误操作,降低医护人员的视觉疲劳,提高工作效率,符合野战条件要求,值得在野战医疗及临床使用中普遍推广。Objective: In order to meet the requirement of modern field operations, The endoscope system could be used and drawed in quickly, could be taked along with in war. we tried to improve and perfect the diagnoses and treatment of digestive system disease. A portable endoscope system was designed.The main innovate is to replace the traditional cold lighting source with the lead lighting source. The space of the system was saved. And make it popularized in clinical practice. It soved the problem of earring and maneuvering .Methods :The system was designed and developed according to the clinical need of the Field operations. We use homemade endoscope sheath to solve endoscope disinfection (finished), and the light of the lead instead of general cold light system, with the application of an internationally recognized new type of solid-state cold illurninant-LED(Light Emitting Diode). make it become the portable endoscope system. Results :The system was facilitied and easy to be carded. It could be undeployed and deployed rapidly in the field to the probe repair bleeding from foreign body drainage puncture, etc.. Conclusions: The system could fit the demand of illumination when medical workers were in normal operation .It not only could reduce naked-eye misoperation and visual fatigue, and increase the efficiency of the operators, fit the demands of the Field operations condition. The system was deserved to popularize in clinical and Field operations.
