摘  要:采用正交试验法优化鬼针草抑菌活性成分的提取条件并研究其抑菌活性.结果表明,抑菌活性成分提取的最佳条件:95%乙醇在70℃下提取1次(2 h).鬼针草醇提物抑菌谱较宽,对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、水稻纹枯和荔枝疫霉的抑制效果较好,对大肠杆菌、稻瘟菌无抑制效果.对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的MIC分别为12.5、6.25 mg·m L-1,对水稻纹枯、荔枝疫霉的抑菌率为60.4%、31.6%.鬼针草醇提物的抑菌活性具有较好的热稳定性,对紫外光照射稳定,p H 4-8时抑菌效果稳定.Optimization of extraction conditions of Bidens bipinnata antibacterial active components were optimizated by orthogonal test and its antibacterial activity was studied.The results showed the optimal extraction conditions of antibacterial constituents:95% ethanol extracting for 1 time at 70 ℃,2 hours each time.B.bipinnata alcohol extract had a wide antimicmbial spectrum and different degree of antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Peronophythora litchii,Rhizoctonia solani.But it had no inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Magnaporthe grisea.And minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extracts was 12.5 mg · mL^-1 against S.aureus and 6.25 mg · mL^-1 against Bacillus subtilis.The bacteriostatic rates were 60.4% and 31.6% against R.solani and P.litchii,respectively.Antibacterial activity of B.bipinnata alcohol extract had good thermal stability and stability of UV irradiation,the inhibitory effect was stable at pH 4-8.
