摘 要:针对经典PID调节对于时变性强、外扰因素较多系统的控制效果不理想等问题,提出了基于规则的模糊专家控制与PID调节共同组成的复合控制器。以某台循环流化床锅炉为研究对象,在系统中将床压变量的偏差及其变化率作为模糊控制器的输入量,将模糊控制器的输出作为阀门开度的增量。通过引入模糊专家控制器,既保留了PI调节器的静态偏差小、稳定性好等优点,又实现了对突发性外扰因素的快速响应和系统的精确控制。As the classical PID regulator system control effect was not ideal for the time-varying and external disturbance factors, put forward a composed controller with the PID fuzzy controller based on rules. Took a circulating fluidized bed boiler as a research object, the system set the bed pressure deviation and its change rate as input variables of the fuzzy controller, and the output of fuzzy controller was used as the opening degree incrementality of the valve, by the application of fuzzy expert controller, not only retained the advantages of small static deviation of PI regulator and good stability, but the realization of fast response and the precise control to the sudden external disturbance factors.
