摘 要:针对目前火电机组普遍采用的氧化锆氧量计存在的重复性差、故障率高、检修维护困难等问题,在对几种常见的排烟氧量测量方法进行分析比较的基础上,提出了1种基于基理建模和数据融合的软测量方法。该方法通过机理分析和统计分析,采用风烟侧信号构造锅炉热量信号,利用煤燃烧的空气热量比为常数的性质,通过计算热量和风量得出锅炉排烟氧量。该方法利用DCS原有测点,不需新增测点,利用DCS算法组态,易于实现,应用效果表明,锅炉排烟氧量测量结果准确。Aiming at the problems of high failure rate, maintenance difficulties on the zirconia oxygen meters commonly used in thermal power units, based on the comparison and analysis of several oxygen common measurement methods in the flue gas, put forward one kind of soft measuring method based on mechanism modeling and data fusion. By the mechanism analysis and statistical analysis, constructed the boiler heat signal by flue gas signal, using the nature that the coal combustion air heat ratio was constant, calculated the boiler flue gas oxygen content through the heat and air flow. The method used the original DCS measuring points, no new measuring point was used, and configuration realized easily based on DCS algorithm, the application results showed that the measurement of oxygen was accurate.
