摘　　要：为了培养高职护理专业学生的临床药疗护理技能,肇庆医学高等专科学校对护用药理课程的实践教学进行了改革,通过将实践内容与工作任务对接,实践形式与工作流程对接,实践成绩纳入课程成绩,以此促进知识转化为能力,提高护生的临床岗位技能。To develop clinical medication nursing skills in higher vocational nursing students, Zhaoqing Medical College has reformed clinical learning for nursing pharmacology curriculum. Clinical learning content now meets the demands of future job tasks and learning format suits work procedures. The outcomes of clinical learning constitute part of the overall score. All these efforts help the transforma- tion of knowledge to skills and enhance students clinical skills.
